A good client of ours purchased a mountain house in beautiful Kenmure Country Club, located outside of Hendersonville, NC. Along with beautiful rock work and lodge accents was a neglected bridge that traversed a water feature in front of the house. While the bridge itself was in great shape, the railings were falling down and in need of replacement. Black locust was chosen for its beauty and durability, with rhododendron woven between to compliment this natural look. It was important that the top rail be continuous and because the bridge was contoured, we needed to join two logs together to match. The final product turned out great and our homeowner was pleased with the results.
